Appointments
When scheduling Spa packages, a credit card is requested.
Appointments made with less than 24 hour notice, require fifty percent (50%) advance payment charged to your acount*.

* A large number of hours is blocked for scheduled packages. Cosmo , miss the opportunity of scheduling

Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled with a 24 hour notice free of charge. If a 24 hour notice is not given 50% of the cost of services requested will be chrged to your account. This policy is explicitly enforced, since we need at least 24 hours to schedule appointments for our other clients.

Return Policy
Makeup, Gift items, and hair products are not returnable. Skincare products can be returned for store credit only.

Gift Cards & Baskets
Gift certificates are available for purchase. Certificates are good for three months from the purchase date. If an extension is needed, it can be arranged.

Gift Baskets are available. Customized Gift Baskets can be made for any occasion or holiday. Large quantities can be guaranteed with advanced notice.

Hours of Operation
New Location, New Extended Hours. All to give you more flexibility. Now Open:

Tuesdays through Saturdays: 10 Am - 9 PM
Sundays 11 AM - 7 PM

Payments
We accept checks, cash, and credit cards.
A $25.00 return check fee will be charged for all returned checks.
