Appointments
When scheduling Spa packages a $25 (non-refundable) deposit is required to schedule your appointment. For parties of 2 or more spa packages require a 50% deposit advance payment will be charged to your account. All deposits will be applied towards your balance*.

* A large number of hours is blocked for scheduled packages. Cosmo , misses the opportunity of scheduling

Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled with a 48 hour notice free of charge. If at least 48 hour notice is not given 50% of the cost of the requested services will be chrged to your account. This policy is explicitly enforced, since we need at least 48 hours to schedule appointments for our other clients.

Return Policy
Makeup, Gift items, and hair products are not returnable. Skincare products can be returned for store credit only.

Gift Cards & Baskets
Gift certificates are available for purchase. Certificates are good for three months from the purchase date. If an extension is needed, it can be arranged.

Gift Baskets are available. Customized Gift Baskets can be made for any occasion or holiday. Large quantities can be guaranteed with advanced notice.

Hours of Operation
New Location, New Extended Hours. All to give you more flexibility. Now Open:

Mondays through Saturdays: 10 AM - 6:30 PM
Sundays: Large groups by appointment only.
