When scheduling Spa packages, a credit card is requested. Appointments made with less than 24 hour notice, require fifty percent (50%) advance payment charged to your acount*. Appointments can be cancelled with a 48 hour notice free of charge. If a 48 hour notice is not given 50% of the cost of services requested will be charged to your account. This policy is explicitly enforced, since we need at least 48 hours to schedule appointments for our other clients. Makeup, Gift items, and hair products are not returnable. Skincare products can be returned for store credit only. Gift certificates are available for purchase. Certificates are good for three months from the purchase date. If an extension is needed, it can be arranged. New Location, New Extended Hours. All to give you more flexibility. Now Open: We accept checks, cash, and credit cards. A $25.00 return check fee will be charged for all returned checks. |
